What we do?

In short, at logarithmo we want to make mathematically challenging applications as easy as possible for the end user to use. We are constantly looking for new technical and design support. Because we believe that we can profit here very strongly from different ideas and personalities:

    Your tasks

    • You support us in the further development of our cloud infrastructure.

    Your qualification

    • You work independently and on your own responsibility.

    • You have experience with technologies like Docker, Docker Swarm or similar container technologies.
    • You have basic knowledge of the programming languages Java, Matlab or Xtext.

    Student assistant (m/f) in the field of data analysis and evaluation

    Your tasks

    • You support us in data analysis and in the development of new digital solutions for energy companies. You will work closely with the founders.
    • Expertise in the energy industry is helpful, but not necessary.
    • We will involve you in all areas of our startup if you are interested. The main areas of responsibility include questions such as
      • What conclusions can be drawn from data? (data analyses and evaluations)
      • How can we make the most of the data for business improvement? (e.g. optimizations and simulations for network operators and energy suppliers)
      • How can the results be best visualized?

    Your qualification

    • You have an affinity for mathematics or mathematical, statistical tools (optimizations, data analyses and simulations)
    • You can show special achievements in studies, internships or project work
    • You work independently, solution-oriented and autonomously
    • You have knowledge of data analysis software such as MATLAB, R or Python
    • You have a team-oriented and open personality
    • You have very good knowledge of German and English

    Student assistant (m/f) in the field of computer science / software engineering

    Your tasks

    • You will gain an insight into the dynamic environment within a start-up. You will work closely with the founders and develop your own concepts. You can support us e.g. in the following areas:
      • Frontend web development with the technologies HTML, JavaScript and Polymer Webcomponents.
      • Connection of NoSql databases via Restful web services.
      • Further development of domain-specific languages with Xtend/ Xtext.
      • Backend programming based on container technology like Docker/-Swarm.
      • Further development of Restful Web Service APIs for executing data analysis software over the Web.

    Marketing / Sales / Business Development

    Intern (m/f) in the area of SEO

    Your tasks

    • We love technology and use Google every day. Google hardly seems to reciprocate our love so far and we appear far too low in the results for our taste.
    • Your challenge will be to convince SEO marketing (search engine optimization) and thus Google of how much potential our startup has. You will develop concepts to improve our visibility in search engines and the web and implement them independently, e.g. in the area of
      • Improvement of technical factors (e.g. side loading speed)
      • keyword search
      • Development of new content
    • You create and analyze reports to measure the reach and optimize the user journey on our website
    • You create cross-channel evaluations to measure the success of online marketing measures and make suggestions as to which activities we should increase in order to reach as many customers of our target group as possible.

    Your qualification

    • You work independently and on your own responsibility
    • You have a team-oriented and open personality
    • You are a student of economics, media, communication sciences, journalism, computer science or a similar field of study
    • Ideally you have first experiences in SEO through your own website, internship or working student activity
    • You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or WordPress and would like to familiarize yourself with new tools
    • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

    • In the area of business development you get an insight into the strategic tasks within the company. You will work closely with the founders and develop your own concepts. Questions would be for example
      • Which customer groups are to be addressed over the next few years?
      • Which potential applications deliver the greatest added value based on our technology?
      • How large is the market for certain customer segments?
    • In order to support these questions, a structured, open approach is of great importance

    Your qualification

    • You work independently, solution-oriented and autonomously
    • Your suggestions and ideas are well-founded
    • You are studying economics or a technical subject with above-average performance
    • You have a team-oriented and open personality
    • You have very good knowledge of German and English
    • You are confident in MS Office
